Terms of service

Subscriptions

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel from settings at any time. We do not refund partially-used months on monthly plans; on annual plans we pro-rate the unused months at request.

Acceptable use

One subscription covers one PrestaShop shop on Starter and Growth, or as many shops as you operate on Pro. You may not resell the dashboard as a white-labelled service.

Service levels

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and ingestion path. Status incidents are posted at status.prestainsight.com.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for trading decisions made on the basis of any specific anomaly card or KPI movement.
