These terms govern your use of PrestaInsight, operated by Prestachamps SRL. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PrestaInsight is operated by Prestachamps SRL, a Romanian limited-liability company registered with the Mureș Trade Registry under number J26/992/2020, fiscal code (CUI) 42884751, with its registered office at Str. The service
PrestaInsight is a hosted analytics dashboard for PrestaShop merchants. It ingests data from your PrestaShop store through a connector module and optionally from Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center accounts you connect. It presents that data as reports, alerts, and answers.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans bill monthly or annually in advance in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel from settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partially-used months on monthly plans. On annual plans we pro-rate the unused months on request. Prices displayed on prestainsight.com are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers where required.
Acceptable use
One subscription covers one PrestaShop shop on Starter and Growth plans, or as many shops as you operate on Pro. You may not resell the dashboard as a white-labelled service, scrape it, load-test it, or use it to store or process anything other than data from your own shop and connected Google accounts. You may not use PrestaInsight in ways that would violate the Google API Services User Data Policy for any Google account you connect.
Your data and privacy
Data you or your connections send to PrestaInsight remains yours. Our commitments about what we collect, how we store it, how we use it, and how you can export or delete it are set out in our privacy policy. In particular, Google user data received via the APIs listed there is used only to power features you can see inside the product and is never sold, shared with data brokers, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. The privacy policy is incorporated by reference into these terms.
Service levels
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and ingestion path, measured over each calendar month. Status incidents are posted at status.prestainsight.com. Third-party sources we depend on — including the PrestaShop connector on your server and the Google APIs — are outside our control and their downtime is not counted against our SLO.
Account termination
You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate an account with reasonable notice for non-payment or for material breach of these terms — for example if the account is being used to attack the service or to violate third-party terms — and immediately in cases of legal necessity. When an account is closed, shop data and Google connections are deleted on the timelines described in the privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
PrestaInsight is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what applicable consumer-protection law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading, staffing, or inventory decisions made on the basis of any specific anomaly card, KPI movement, or chat answer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change materially reduces your rights we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts of the district of Prestachamps SRL's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
