All features

Know what changed and why.

Six rules run every morning across the trailing 28 days. Each anomaly lands with a magnitude, a severity, and a likely cause attached to it. A revenue dip is not just a red number, it is a red number with the product that went out of stock named underneath. You stop guessing and you start acting.

Fig. 2 · The mechanics

How a rule fires.

Each rule has a baseline window and a tolerance. The revenue-drop rule, for example, takes the trailing 14-day median and a tolerance based on the standard deviation. A 3% dip on a Sunday will not fire. A 14% dip on a Tuesday will, and we will rank it by magnitude.

Severities are critical, warning, and info. Critical means it is almost certainly broken (zero orders, payment failures, sudden refund cluster). Warning means worth a look this morning. Info means a positive movement we think you'd want to know about.

On the Growth and Pro plans, an LLM rewrites the body and suggestion fields against the actual numbers so the card reads as English. The model never sees your customer PII; it only sees the aggregate counts and the rule outputs.

Fig. 3 · What it will not do

Honest about what's not in scope.

  • No revenue forecasting. We surface anomalies against history. We do not predict next month.
  • No marketing attribution. We will tell you "your repeat-buyer rate spiked yesterday". We will not tell you which channel sourced each customer; for that you still want GA4 alongside.
  • No automation. The brief is read-only. We will not pause your ads or reprice products. It would be a different product if we did.
