Pricing questions, answered straight.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. We pro-rate the new plan against the unused part of the current billing period.
What counts as an order?
Any order created in your PrestaShop store, including cancelled and refunded ones. We use the same definition PrestaShop uses so the numbers match the back office.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Nothing breaks. We keep collecting and we email you suggesting the next plan up. You will not be auto-upgraded without your consent.
Do you charge for additional shops?
Pro includes unlimited shops on one account. Starter and Growth are one-shop plans. If you run more than one PrestaShop store and want them in one dashboard, go to Pro.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing takes two months off any plan and gets invoiced once a year. Email us if you want a quote.
